Publishing Program is a bridge to dissemination of knowledge

States to receive training to fight climate change
The Tecnológico de Monterrey's Center for Dialogue and Analysis on North America (CEDAN), in coordination with the National Ecology Institute, is providing an online course to draw up State Climate Change Action Plans.
