The Educational Model of the Tecnológico de Monterrey is centered in the student and his/her learning, which the student is responsible for; the professor, on the other hand, assumes the facilitator role and guides the students so they find by themselves the knowledge and its applications.

Advocating an innovative, quality, and values-infused medical practice
The Second Cardiology and Vascular Medicine Innovation Congress’ program was designed with the aim of revealing –not only to specialists, but to the community- the avant-garde manner in which the Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Cardiology and Vascular Medicine Institute applies technology in patients with heart and blood vessel issues.

Embedding environment into business
The Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Ecoinnovation program, a pioneer at the undergraduate level and part of the Research and Innovation Track (MIi), is the site of new production, distribution, and marketing technique development for sustainable products, with the aim of helping forestall the world’s deterioration.

 

Six invited to perform bionic testing in Japan
Six Manufacturing Systems and Intelligent Systems master’s degrees students, under the tutelage of the Biomedical Devices Research Chair, were invited to participate as researchers at Kanazawa University’s Bionics Lab.

An army of youths readies to serve the community
Each semester, thousands of Tecnológico de Monterrey students put the knowledge acquired in the classroom at the service of the community by performing their community service in projects ranging from literacy and building sustainable housing to legal and entrepreneurial guidance.
