The Tecnológico de Monterrey is a Mexican private educational institution that was founded in 1943. At the present time it has campuses distributed throughout the country, and academic centers in Mexico and other Latin American countries; it also has international offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. Through its Virtual University it is present all over the world, by means of learning networks and advanced information technologies.

Puebla inmates finish online studies
Thanks to the Puebla Campus' Institute for Sustainable Social Development (IdeSS), three Center for Social Rehabilitation (CERESO) inmates completed their high school and graduate studies.

Mexico Initiative receives 47,049 proposals
Thousands of citizens answered Iniciativa México’s call, with 47,049 proposals received in 5 categories by its deadline. Dr. Sergio Serna, director of the Nutraceutical Foods for the Treatment of Chronic Degenerative Diseases Chair, was cited by organizers as an example of the Mexicans with initiative being sought.

 

Tecnológico Stadium marks its 60th anniversary
On July 17, the Tecnológico Stadium celebrated its 60th year as an icon of Monterey culture with a rich history of sporting feats, championships, and nationally and internationally significant events.

Tec High School student dominates 4th Mexican History Olympics
Metepec Tec Bicultural High School freshman Víctor Leyva has been crowned champion of the 4th Mexican History Olympics, organized by the Mexican Academy of Sciences (AMC) and the Televisa Foundation.
