The signing of an agreement between the Tecnológico de Monterrey system and the Latin American Business Council (CEAL) marks the beginning of a strategic alliance between two Latin American institutions to contribute to better understanding and knowledge, impacting on greater unity in the region.

"This agreement is a seed linking the company, the Latin American pool of businesspeople, the Tecnológico de Monterrey System, and our vocation: turning out entrepreneurs. In 30 years, our goal is to be the world's best in entrepreneurship. There's no doubt that this partnership with the CEAL will take us in that direction, and surely a large number of projects will emerge from it," stated Salvador Alva during the signing of the agreement, which took place at the EGAP Government and Public Policy School's Conference Room.

"We're entering this agreement with the 4 institutions, but within the Tecnológico de Monterrey, the EGADE Business School and the EGAP Government and Public Policy School, both belonging to the National Graduate Schools under the direction of María de Lourdes Dieck, PhD., will play a very important role, because in the end, much of what we want to do in Latin America is unite among us. We're far from united in Latin America, and of course the presence of our graduate business and public administration schools' researchers' work will be an important factor," the System's Chancellor added.
